Dispatch (handling) happens on our Monday–Wednesday ship days, typically within 1–2 business days of payment; the 2-Day service is the carrier transit time after that. Here's what happens after you place an order.

Day 3–4Standard 2-Day Shipping is about 2 business days in transit after dispatch (carrier estimate, not guaranteed). Signature is not required — packages are left securely.

Insulated Packaging
Every peptide shipment uses insulated mailers with thermal liners that maintain stable temperatures for 48+ hours in transit.
Gel Ice Packs
Cold gel packs are included in every order to keep vials cool. During summer months, we use additional packs and expedited routing.
Warm Weather Protocol
When temperatures exceed 80°F at origin or destination, we automatically upgrade to enhanced insulation and prioritize early-week shipping to avoid weekend warehouse holds.
Product Integrity Guarantee
If your product arrives compromised due to shipping conditions, we replace it at no cost. Your peptides should arrive in the same condition they left our facility.
Summer Shipping Advisory (May–September)
During warmer months, we take extra precautions: double insulation, additional gel ice packs, and priority routing. We also ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid packages sitting in hot facilities over weekends. If you're in a particularly hot region, consider selecting expedited shipping at checkout for fastest delivery.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time has two parts. Dispatch (handling): orders leave our facility on Monday–Wednesday ship days, typically within 1–2 business days of payment; Thursday–Sunday and holiday orders dispatch on the next ship day. Transit: Standard 2-Day Shipping is about 2 business days after dispatch; Expedited orders placed Monday–Thursday are prioritized for same-day dispatch. Carrier transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Subscription orders ship automatically on your renewal date.
How much does shipping cost?
One-time orders: $15 Standard 2-Day Shipping or $35 Expedited Shipping, charged once per order. Eligible subscriptions: standard shipping is free on the first order and every renewal; Expedited is $35 if you choose it.
Will my package be discreet?
Absolutely. We ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names, logos, or descriptions visible on the outside. The return address shows our business name only.
What if it's hot outside when my order ships?
We monitor weather conditions at both our facility and your delivery zip code. When temps exceed 80°F, we add extra insulation and cold packs, and prioritize shipping early in the week so your package isn't sitting in a hot warehouse over a weekend.
Should I refrigerate my peptides when they arrive?
Yes. Once your package arrives, store your vials in the refrigerator (36–46°F / 2–8°C). Unreconstituted peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods, but refrigeration maximizes shelf life.
What if my order arrives damaged or compromised?
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no charge — product integrity is non-negotiable for us.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're evaluating international shipping options and will announce any expansion.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll update it. Once shipped, the carrier handles delivery to the address on file.
