About Tirzepatide
Tirzepatide is a once-weekly injection that activates two hormone pathways affecting hunger and blood sugar. It reduces hunger, slows how fast food leaves your stomach, and can lower cravings. Dosing Protocol
- 1Week 1-4: Start at 2.5mg once weekly
- 2Week 5-8: Increase to 5mg if tolerated
- 3Week 9-12: Increase to 7.5mg if tolerated
- 4Week 13-16: Increase to 10mg if tolerated
- 5Week 17-20: Increase to 12.5mg if tolerated
- 6Week 21+: Maximum dose of 15mg
- 7Missed dose: If within 4 days, take it. If more, skip to next scheduled dose.
Possible Side Effects
