You can stop receiving SMS notifications at any time:

- •Toggle off SMS in your Dashboard → Account Settings.

3. Rates & Privacy
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We will never sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties. Your number is only used for the notifications described above. We estimate sending no more than 10 messages per month.
What we will NEVER send:
- ✕ Marketing or promotional spam
- ✕ Messages to any number you didn't provide
- ✕ Medical advice, treatment recommendations, or diagnoses
