Due to the nature of peptide and research products, all sales are final once an order has been placed and processed. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy exists because:

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will evaluate your case and may issue a replacement at our sole discretion. This does not apply to normal wear during shipping.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only — you will not be charged again, but the current cycle's payment is non-refundable. Your subscription benefits remain active until the end of your current paid period.
